conditions

• All bookings must be made by e-mail.
• Changes and cancellations must be made by e-mail.
• An advance payment of €500 per person confirms your booking.
If NO advance payment is made, your booking is automatically cancelled.
• The full payment of the accommodation prices is required
8 weeks before arrival to confirm the bookings.
• Prices may change without previous notice.

• All bank fees are borne by the guest.
• The remaining amount becomes due on the day of departure.
• We do not accept cheques, and no card payment is possible.
• Every room has a safe: Please make sure to put your valuables inside it when you check in.
• The minibar price list is posted in the rooms.
• Our service staff checks the minibar stock every morning and refills it.
• All items taken from the minibar

are not included in the price and are charged to you on the day of departure.
• It is possible to serve vegetarian dishes and we can adapt to special diets due to medical reasons (e.g. diabetes), as well as to persons who avoid certain kinds of meat for religious reasons. Our cook must be notified about food allergies. When you book, please make sure to indicate these special requirements because we may have to order items to comply with your requirements.

Cancellation

In case of a cancellation
• 8 weeks prior to date of arrival, 25% of the payment is retained as withdrawal fee
• 4 weeks prior to date of arrival, 50% of the payment is retained as withdrawal fee
• 2 weeks prior to date of arrival, 75% of the payment is retained as withdrawal fee
• 1 week prior to date of arrival, 90% of the payment is retained as withdrawal fee
